To ensure we are fully briefed on your project and goals, we will undertake a comprehensive review of materials and information.
We will conduct a thorough review of your current donor data to gauge potential campaign support and identify giving trends.
Depending on the status of your case for support, we will work with you to develop and/or finalize the document.

Depending on the size and scope of your project, we will interview 20-40 stakeholders to validate assumptions about their readiness and commitment to undertake a significant fundraising campaign.
Based on the interview feedback and data/information reviewed, we will draft a comprehensive feasibility study report, which will provide recommendations for helping you execute a successful campaign.

A comprehensive campaign plan with identified campaign priorities will be developed and monitored.
We will help select, organize, and train the campaign leadership team and provide guidance on actively engaging your board in the campaign.
A phased approach for cultivating and soliciting donors will be developed, providing customized strategies for engaging individual donors, corporations and foundations at all gift levels.

Once the campaign goal is met, we will finalize all financial commitments, close out campaign activities, implement the donor recognition plan, develop a long-term stewardship plan and assist with the final campaign celebration event and announcement.
